Explosion in Lviv
On January 9, an explosion occurred in a five-story residential building on Sirka Street in Lviv, leading to a large-scale fire. The explosion took place on the fourth floor and may have been caused by a faulty gas water heater. Two men were rescued as a result of the incident.
After the explosion, a fire broke out, which the rescuers extinguished at 10:20 PM. The flames destroyed household items over an area of about 40 square meters, causing significant material damage.
