Olexiy Kuleba participated in a meeting with the heads of regional military administrations of frontline regions, where they discussed issues of strengthening regions affected by enemy attacks. Emphasizing the importance of people's needs, the Deputy Prime Minister noted that the government allocated nearly UAH 1 billion for the restoration of frontline regions and communities. The support includes the elimination of the consequences of attacks, repairs of heating networks, and the restoration of water and electricity supply. In addition, the state budget for 2025 provides for over UAH 10.6 billion in subsidies for communities, with a focus on protecting roads that are important logistical routes.

Requests are coming from frontline communities to meet basic needs - heating, water, housing, and municipal services jobs. The government’s 'Winter Support' is aimed at addressing these issues, especially for residents of frontline territories.
