On November 25, 2025, the Grand Chamber of the Court held meetings where the consideration of cases on constitutional complaints and submissions continued. Mainly, issues concerning the Law of Ukraine on labor relations were examined.
The court openly discussed the materials of the case and transferred the consideration to a closed session for decision-making. A decision was also made to continue the consideration of cases on constitutional submissions related to the legitimacy of certain laws of Ukraine.
The session of the Grand Chamber of the Court, where constitutional complaints and submissions were considered, is an important step in resolving legal issues in Ukraine, as they allow for the determination of constitutionality and adherence to legality in the country.
