New positions have been announced within the recovery and reform support teams of Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Energy as part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA) program. The Ministry of Finance’s recovery and reform support team is seeking an expert to improve processes related to international financial collaboration. Applications for this role must be submitted by September 20, 2026, at 23:59 Kyiv time.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Energy’s support team has opened three positions:
- Hydropower production specialist,
- Private investment expert in the energy sector,
- Senior expert in project and product management for digital transformation.
Deadlines for applications are September 25, 2026, for the first two roles, and September 28, 2026, for the senior expert position.
These support teams play a vital role in implementing priority reforms within the Ministry of Energy and operate under the URA program, which the EBRD manages in cooperation with the European Union.
