The bank updated its application, which offers Ukrainians free services. This information was provided by 'Hvylya' with reference to a material from TSN.

According to the study, among the main banking services used by Ukrainians through mobile applications, the most popular are money transfers between cards, payment of utility bills, purchasing train tickets, and financial support for the army.

'In fact, the interface interaction is quite simple, but 'under the hood' there are complex cryptographic things that protect, first of all, the client's data and money,' noted Viktor Mandar, director of the IT development department for digital sales channels and customer interaction at Raiffeisen Bank.

The new MyRaif application from Raiffeisen Bank was developed with an emphasis on ease of use, stable operation, and a number of advantages for users. In particular, it allows for commission-free transfers between cards of any bank, paying utility bills, topping up phones, withdrawing cash at ATMs, and much more.

Alexander Mazur, director of the digital channels department at Raiffeisen Bank, explained: 'Why did we make the mobile application not only convenient but also profitable? Because 70 percent of Ukrainians love free daily banking.'

Program participants gain access to special offers every month, including favorable currency rates and cashback, and can also participate in beta testing of new functionalities. The bank plans to discontinue the outdated Raiffeisen Online application and fully migrate users to the MyRaif platform by the end of the current year. MyRaif is already popular among Ukrainian citizens who appreciate the convenience, benefits, and security of this service.
