The well-known priest-blogger Alexei Filiuk from Ternopil region received a summons immediately after the funeral of the fallen hero. He reported this on his Facebook page.
The priest explained that after saying goodbye to the warrior, military representatives approached him and handed him the summons.
I have a summons to the troops. That's it. Farewell, dear family, I am going to defend Ukraine. We buried the warrior in the square, and after the funeral, they handed me the summons. Haters, rejoice! What a day, may God protect: the package was stolen, the summons was received.
Let us remind you that earlier Filiuk was asked why he was not at the front yet. The priest replied that he has the legal right to a deferment. In the comments, it was clarified that of his four adopted children, two are already of age. However, adoptive parents raising at least one child under the age of 18, who had the status of an orphan or a child deprived of parental care at the time of adoption, are not subject to mobilization.
On superstitions and the priest's activities
