From December 11, Ukrainians will be able to take advantage of the opportunity to buy Ukrainian products through the 'Winter Support' and 'National Cashback' programs. This opportunity is available in the Fozzy Group networks (Silpo, Fora, THRASH! TRASH!, Fozzy) and 'Blizhenko' in over 1160 stores across Ukraine.
Ukraine's Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture Oleksiy Sobolev noted that state programs are aimed at social support for citizens and supporting the domestic market. It is important for him that as many Ukrainians as possible take advantage of this opportunity.
It should be noted that purchases can only be paid offline, in stores. Online payment is not provided. Applications for financial assistance under the 'Winter Support' program are accepted until December 24, 2025. More than 16 million applications have already been submitted. Funds from this program must be used by June 30, 2026.
