From November 1, the Centers for Administrative Services are already accepting documents from conscripts for obtaining deferrals from mobilization. Currently, about four thousand applications have been received, reported Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal.
“More than 720 thousand deferrals have already been extended without additional actions from the person, as all necessary data is already in state registers,” emphasized Shmyhal.
More than 80% of applications are submitted via the 'Reserve+' application, without certificates and personal visits. Those who are processing paper documents now apply to CNAPs, not to the TCK. Today, only CNAPs received nearly 4000 applications, added the defense minister.
“We are making the process transparent, eliminating the human factor and risks of abuse, unloading TCK to accomplish the main task - ensuring mobilization,” stressed Shmyhal.
There are already 10 types of online deferrals available in the 'Reserve+' system. The Ministry of Defense has announced the launch of beta testing for new categories of deferrals from mobilization, which will soon be available for processing. The government has made a decision on the automatic extension of deferrals, digital registration format, and the possibility of submitting documents through CNAP.
During the pandemic, it is important to ensure transparency and ease of the mobilization process for citizens. The new possibilities in the 'Reserve+' system and the expansion of CNAP functionality are helping to meet military obligations under conditions of restrictions.
