The Defense Forces and the Security Service of Ukraine evacuated 14 residents from Kupiansk, including three minors, one of whom was a two-year-old child. People were transported to Kharkiv, as reported by Andriy Kanashevych, the head of the Kupiansk District Military Administration.
Kanashevich noted that vulnerable categories, such as children, require special attention during evacuation. He expressed concerns about those who remain in the conflict zone, emphasizing that the safety of citizens is the most important task.
It is necessary to respond adequately to the situation and ensure the protection of the civilian population in wartime conditions. This activity pursues only one goal — to save lives and prevent a humanitarian crisis.
