Soldier Sets Guinness World Record in Combat Zone

Dmitry Kosaty, a 26-year-old graduate of the Zhytomyr Military Institute, entered the Guinness World Records alongside volunteer Dmitry Grunsky. For their unique achievement, they set a record by doing 42 push-ups on their fists continuously for a minute in a combat zone in Kharkiv region.


Dmitry Kosaty, a master of sports of international class in Street Workout, started his journey to success from childhood. His first record in Ukraine - 1001 lifts with a flip, he set while in his second year at the Zhytomyr Military Institute. The application for the Guinness record was sent by Dmitry Grunsky, who strives to reach new heights in this sports field.



Dmitry not only breaks records but also helps soldiers by raising funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He emphasizes that he dedicates all his victories to his family and brothers in arms, always remembering those who defend Ukraine. He currently dreams of participating in the World Street Workout Championship in Germany to once again confirm his talent and skills.
