'The amount of payments upon receiving disability depends on several factors. First - on the disability group, second - on the causal relationship, third - on the amount of the subsistence minimum established on January 1 of the corresponding year when this disability was established,'explained the Ministry of Defense spokesperson.
In case of partial loss of working capacity without establishing disability, the amount of assistance will depend on the percentage of loss of working capacity related to the performance of military duties or protecting the homeland.
