The Zhytomyr regional military enlistment office explained to Ukrainian citizens the actions to take in case military units or territorial recruitment centers insist on providing original documents for the execution of the GAC decisions.
If representatives of institutions require the physical submission of original documents or refuse electronic transmission, it is recommended:
- to contact the command of the military unit or medical institution to clarify the grounds for such demands;
- to point out that according to Government Resolution No. 901 of August 23, 2023, the transfer of documentation between institutions, recruitment centers, and military units is allowed in digital format;
- in case it is impossible to resolve the situation, to contact the Ministry of Defense's contact service.
Representatives of the territorial recruitment centers confirmed the possibility of submitting documents in electronic form. Earlier, reserve soldiers were informed when they could not be sent to the front after mobilization.
