Ukrainian reservists with booking from mobilization have received the right to refuse to undergo the military medical commission. This information was provided by lawyer Kateryna Anishchenko to the publication 'RBK-Ukraine'.
It is noted that individuals with deferment or booking from mobilization will not be directed to the military medical commission. The exceptions are only individuals with already issued booking, as the lawyer explained. The Procedure for the conscription of citizens for military service during mobilization, approved by the Ministry of Defense, has enshrined this rule in law.
