It is not necessary to have a current certificate from the Military Medical Commission for employment
In order to obtain a job, a military serviceman does not need to have a fresh certificate from the Military Medical Commission. This was reported by lawyer Vladislav Deriy.
He explained that for employment registration and reservation at a new job, it is enough to have a valid military registration document, even in electronic form.
'To be hired and to reserve a position, it is enough for a man to provide an electronic military registration document' - emphasized Deriy.
Conditions for reservation for military servicemen
To be reserved from mobilization, a military serviceman must meet the following conditions:
- be registered with the military;
- have an employment relationship with a state authority, a critically important enterprise or institution;
- clarify personal data in accordance with legislative requirements;
- not be wanted.
However, the lawyer warned that if the territorial recruitment center declares a citizen wanted for not passing the Military Medical Commission, this may complicate the reservation process.
Thus, while a current certificate from the Military Medical Commission is not mandatory for employment, it may pose an obstacle for reservation if a citizen is declared wanted.
