The head of the veterans policy department of the Vinnytsia OVA, Andrey Hrachov, published a video showing the terrible condition of the premises where the regional MSEC No. 1 used to work. This was reported by

Hrachov planned to move his department here, but found that the previous tenants had renovated the premises beyond recognition - they removed the laminate, baseboards, ventilation, and even locks from the doors.

Hrachov already doubts whether it will be possible to hand over the premises in order as soon as Monday.
Let us remind you that the management of the Security Service in the Vinnytsia region temporarily has access to the medical data of persons suspected of obtaining fake disability groups. This concerns 24 persons with disabilities of the second and third groups. Some of them received their status during military actions, and some even had to group disability for life.
