The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has revealed the details of the financial support system for participants in the project 'Contract 18-24', which started in February this year. This project aims to attract young citizens aged 18 to 24 to defend the country during martial law.
In particular, according to clarifications from the Ministry of Defense, participants in the project will have the opportunity to receive a one-time financial aid of one million hryvnias, which will be paid in three installments. They will also receive monthly financial support, additional rewards for participation in combat actions, and standard social payments for military personnel.
It is noted that military personnel who are directly involved in combat operations can receive a significant additional reward, while those performing special tasks will also receive rewards according to their nature.
Overall, the new details of the project 'Contract 18-24' indicate significant financial incentives for young participants willing to join military service during critical moments for the country.
