The director of the Pavlograd chemical plant received 4 years of imprisonment


The Appeals Chamber of the VAKS confirmed the verdict under which the director of the commercial state enterprise 'Pavlograd Chemical Plant' Valerii Kyrylov was sentenced to 4 years in prison.


He received punishment due to million-dollar abuses in the sale of explosives. The court found him guilty of violating Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.


In addition to 4 years of imprisonment, the director will be banned from holding positions in state enterprises related to administrative and economic activities for three years, and he will also pay a fine of 17 thousand UAH.

The court also decided to recover over 7 million hryvnias in favor of the affected state enterprise.


The ruling of the Appeals Chamber of the VAKS can be appealed to the Supreme Court, but it takes immediate legal effect. This is the final decision in this case.



The ruling of the Appeals Chamber confirmed the verdict against the enterprise director, guilty of million-dollar abuses. Valerii Kyrylov has been sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment, banned from holding certain positions, and fined and compensated for damages. The decision has already taken legal effect.
