Education Agency Director Suspended
Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko has suspended Mykyta Bugayov, Director of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise 'Educational Agency of the City of Kyiv,' from his duties. The suspension is effective from February 19 to April 5, 2026. This action follows a ruling by an investigative judge of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv dated February 18, 2026, in case No. 752/3190/26. The suspension was formalized by Order No. 63, 'On the Suspension from Office of M.O. During Bugayov's suspension, the duties of director will be performed by the agency's First Deputy Director, Oleh Shuliak.
