Incident with mine dummy in Kyiv
In Kyiv, a driver has been held accountable for petty hooliganism for attaching a dummy anti-personnel mine 'Petal' to the roof of his Volkswagen car. The incident occurred in the streets of the Shevchenkivskyi district, where a 38-year-old man decided to use the dummy as a decorative element for his vehicle.
According to the administrative protocol drawn up under Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the case materials were sent to court. This situation raised concerns among local residents, as recently debris from an enemy drone was found in the Bucha district, and an explosive object was discovered in the village of Moschun in the Hostomel community.
