Traffic accident in the Vinnytsia region
A traffic accident occurred in the Vinnytsia region involving an official car of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration. The driver of the car, Kostyantyn Menshikov, who is the director of the Department of Defense Affairs and Law Enforcement of the Vinnytsia RSA, refused to undergo an alcohol test after the incident.
