В Україні введений військовий стан до 2026 року: особливості проведення мобілізації.

Martial Law in Ukraine Until 2026

In December 2023, martial law is in effect in Ukraine, and general mobilization continues. The duration of martial law has been extended until February 3, 2026. Mobilization in the country will proceed without significant changes to the rules regarding the conscription of reservists.

Categories of Citizens Subject to Mobilization

The following citizens are subject to mobilization:

  • men aged 25 to 60 who have no military experience;
  • men aged 18 to 60 who have military service experience;
  • citizens who were previously exempted from service for medical reasons, if deemed fit for military service;
  • persons with a category of 'limited fit' if they are deemed capable of fulfilling military duties.

Thus, mobilization measures continue to be implemented in Ukraine under the martial law in effect until early February 2026. The rules of mobilization remain unchanged, and according to them, various categories of citizens may be called up for service, depending on their age and health status.

The continuation of martial law and mobilization in Ukraine reflects the duration of military conflicts and the need to maintain the country's defense capability. It also indicates that the authorities remain focused on ensuring security and stability amid the ongoing war. It is important for society to be prepared for possible changes in mobilization policy, as the situation may develop depending on external and internal factors.
