Ukrainian volunteer Denys Khrystov with the call sign «Holland» was injured during a trip for evacuation in the village of Husynka, Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region. His car came under fire from a Russian FPV drone. He reported this on social media.
According to the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, in the afternoon of February 23, the drone hit the road that the volunteer was traveling. As a result of the explosion, Khrystov sustained injuries.

Denys Khrystov reported on social media that he did not reach the evacuation site.
«Well, I went for evacuation in Husynka in the Kupiansk district. More precisely, I did not reach it. Here’s a joke: I’m returning on my own. If I don’t bleed out on the way to Kharkiv, I’ll write my standard message to the Russian UAV pilots: “Not today, exploder!”», – he wrote.
Later, the volunteer published a photo of a fragment that doctors removed from his head at the regional hospital in Kharkiv.
The attack on the volunteer occurred during the evacuation of civilians
Denys Khrystov is known as a Ukrainian TV presenter, blogger, and volunteer. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he has been involved in the evacuation of civilians from frontline territories.
According to law enforcement, the strike was delivered precisely at the moment when the volunteer was heading to the settlement to carry out an evacuation mission.
Note that the evacuation of civilians from frontline cities to safe regions of Ukraine is ongoing in the Donetsk region. This crucial mission is being carried out by volunteers, Ukrzaliznytsia, and government bodies that are cooperating to rescue people in conflict conditions.
