Ukraine found itself under bombardment from the enemy at night. Missiles struck critical infrastructure and residential buildings in various regions of the country, resulting in destruction and casualties. Dead and injured have been reported in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
The Russian Federation's army attacked residential buildings in Ternopil, leading to the deaths of at least 9 people and numerous injuries. Rescue operations are ongoing, as there are suspicions of people trapped under the rubble needing assistance.

How utility services respond to attacks in the regions
In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, a missile-drone attack caused problems with heating supply, resulting in injuries to three people, including two children. Rescuers are already working on the aftermath of the incident.
In Kharkiv region, after the bombings, heating and water supply were restored, but repair work is still ongoing. Drone attacks resulted in injuries to 46 people living in peaceful areas of the city.
Russia continues to terrorize Ukrainian communities, attacking the civilian population and critical infrastructure.
