Prices for oil and cereals will rise again: economist names reasons

Ukrainian consumers have learned about the upcoming changes in prices for sunflower oil and cereals. According to the Ministry of Finance, the cost of oil has significantly increased compared to last year. An economist explains this by unfavorable forecasts for sunflower seed harvests, which may lead to further price increases. A similar trend is observed in the case of cereals, which have also become more expensive due to a less successful grain harvest. It is hard to predict the exact figures for the increase in the cost of goods, but experts believe that consumers should prepare for higher prices for their favorite products in the near future.
