Destruction of railway infrastructure in Fastiv after the night attack
As a result of the massive night attack by Russian terrorists that took place in the morning of December 6, significant damage was done to the railway infrastructure in Fastiv, Kyiv region. The main building of the station and the motor-rolling stock depot were affected.
Videos have emerged online showing the extent of the destruction in the depot area. According to the footage, locomotives and wagons were destroyed, and the depot's infrastructure suffered serious damage from debris and the fire that broke out as a result of the attack.

It is noted that during the attack, the railway station building in Fastiv was damaged. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called this strike 'senseless from a military point of view' and noted that it aimed to inflict greater harm on the Ukrainian people.
It is recalled that on the morning of December 6, enemy forces used over 650 strike drones and 51 missiles against Ukraine, targeting, among other things, critical infrastructure facilities.
The criminal act of Russian terrorists in Fastiv led to serious material losses and threats to the safety of local residents. The mentioned video footage shows large-scale destruction and destroyed vehicles, which testify to the consequences of this horrific attack.
