The Pension Fund of Ukraine has announced that it is now possible to undergo identification online via video conferencing.
This opportunity is being expanded for individuals entitled to social benefits in conflict zones who have not updated their identification in other regions since February 24, 2022. This procedure must be completed by November 1, 2025.
The necessary identification applies to recipients of state social assistance, persons with disabilities, and children with disabilities.
To continue receiving assistance, these categories of citizens must confirm their identity via video call. Instructions on this matter have been published on the website of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
