Update on Russian occupiers' losses

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has updated the data on the losses of Russian occupiers as of January 13, 2026. According to the new information, the personnel losses of the Russian Federation amount to approximately 1,220,950 individuals, which is 950 more than in the previous report.

Equipment losses

Furthermore, losses of equipment have been recorded:

  • Tanks: 11,544 (+3)
  • Armored personnel carriers: 23,899 (+7)
  • Artillery systems: 36,024 (+51)
  • Multiple launch rocket systems: 1,600 (+2)
  • Air defense assets: 1,270 (unchanged)
  • Aircraft: 434 (unchanged)
  • Helicopters: 347 (unchanged)
  • Missiles: 4,155 (unchanged)
  • Ships and boats: 28 (unchanged)
  • Submarines: 2 (unchanged)

Regarding unmanned aerial vehicles, the losses at the operational-tactical level amounted to 105,354 units, which is 933 more. Losses of automotive vehicles and fuel trucks reached 73,887 units (+145), and specialized equipment losses amounted to 4,042 units (unchanged). The duration of the war at this time is 1,420 days.

These data indicate the continuation of hostilities and significant losses on the part of the Russian Federation.
