Updated data on the losses of Russian occupiers
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has updated the data on the losses of Russian occupiers as of December 28, 2025. According to the information, the losses of personnel of the Russian Federation have reached about 1,204,510 individuals, which is 1,200 more than previously reported.
Losses of equipment
At the same time, losses of equipment are also significant. In particular, Russia has lost:
- 11,469 tanks
- 23,831 armored fighting vehicles
- 35,557 artillery systems
- 1,581 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS)
- 1,264 air defense systems
- 434 aircraft
- 347 helicopters
It is also noted that the losses of operational-tactical level unmanned aerial vehicles have reached 96,227 units, of which 688 units were lost during the last reporting period. Lost as well:
- 4,136 cruise missiles
- 28 ships and boats
- 2 submarines
- 71,778 units of automotive equipment and fuel tankers, of which 166 were lost according to the latest data
- Losses of special equipment amount to 4,029 units
The 1,404th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine continues.
This data indicates the duration and intensity of the conflict, which has lasted for over four years. High personnel and equipment losses may have a significant impact on Russia's military capabilities, as well as on the strategic plans of both sides in the future.
