Russia has lost 1140 soldiers and 245 drones in one day: new data from the General Staff

New data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of December 4, 2025, confirms that Russian occupiers have suffered serious losses.



Russian losses from the war



According to updated information, Russia has the following losses from the war with Ukraine as of December 4:




  • personnel - about 1,177,370 (+1,140) people

  • tanks - 11,396 (+3) units

  • armored combat vehicles - 23,685 (+3) units

  • artillery systems - 34,809 (+29) units

  • MLRS - 1,556 (+1) units

  • air defense systems - 1,253 (+0) units

  • airplanes - 430 (+0) units

  • helicopters - 347 (+0) units

  • operational-tactical UAVs - 86,476 (+245) units

  • cruise missiles - 4,024 (+0) units

  • ships/boats - 28 (+0) units

  • submarines - 1 (+0) unit

  • vehicles and fuel tankers - 68,813 (+125) units

  • special equipment - 4,012 (+0) units



Currently, the Ukrainian war has been ongoing for 1380 days.



Involvement in the war has led to enormous losses for the Russian army considering the loss of military personnel and various equipment. This data is important evidence of the duration and consequences of the conflict for both sides.
