A video of a man in blood is circulating on social networks, which, according to the authors, was filmed in the premises of the Rivne District TCC. The incident occurred on the night of August 6, when a conscript was brought to the TCC, raising serious concerns due to his behavior. He displayed aggression, did not respond to remarks, and tried to escape from the military facility.
During the escape attempt, this citizen lost his balance, fell, and sustained facial injuries. Later, he began recording his condition on camera and spreading video with comments distorting the circumstances of the event and trying to create a false impression of illegal actions by the TCC and SP workers.
Institution employees added that the video does not indicate the use of excessive force, as the man held the phone himself and recorded everything around. After undergoing a military medical commission, he was allowed to serve, and he is currently in a training center. In this situation, all actions were recorded by police cameras, which will allow for an objective verification of all circumstances of the incident.
