Wizz Air will conduct an unusual journey in Poland for the first time, where participants will fly from Warsaw on September 25, not knowing the destination country until landing. This promotion comes amid the active expansion of the carrier, which in 2026 is expanding its network from Warsaw. This is reported by InPoland.
The secret Wizz Air flight will depart from Warsaw on September 25
The #LetsGetLost campaign is being conducted by the airline for the first time in Poland. On the journey, 25 winners of the contest will set out, with each able to take one companion. Thus, a total of 50 travelers will have the chance to go on the secret flight.
Passengers will not be informed about the flight's destination even before departure. Shortly before the trip, they will only receive information about the weather at the destination to prepare their luggage correctly.
«#LetsGetLost is a journey in its purest form: the excitement of packing your suitcase, arriving at the airport, and boarding a plane without knowing where your adventure will end,» Wizz Air representatives said.
The choice of possible destinations is vast. The low-cost carrier operates 67 flights from Warsaw to 26 countries. Additionally, this year Wizz Air is launching new flights from Poland, including from Warsaw-Modlin to Varna and Rimini.
Where the secret Wizz Air flight may fly
Among the potential destinations, the organizers mention Madeira, Tenerife, Malaga, Mallorca, Marrakech, Iceland, Nice, Rome, and the Greek islands. However, the final destination could be a completely different city.
The journey will last four days. Wizz Air promises participants an introduction to the local culture, regional cuisine, and entertainment. The company emphasizes that the program will differ from a standard tourist trip.
To qualify for a seat on the plane, applicants had to publish a photo or video about their love for travel on their public Instagram profile from August 27 to September 6, tag @wizzair, and add the hashtag #LetsGetLostPoland. Participants had to be of legal age.
The application period has already ended. The winners will receive notifications directly on Instagram, and the main intrigue - the country and city of destination - will be kept secret until landing.
