Why salary growth varies by profession

The figures show how salary offers in vacancies have changed over the year, not the guaranteed income of each employee. Earnings depend on experience, working conditions, region, and the number of vacancies for a particular specialty. The particularly high pay for climbers is related to the specifics of work at heights or in hard-to-reach places, where special equipment and preparation are required.

The overall increase of 16% significantly lags behind the leaders' pace in certain professions. This indicates that the market pays unevenly for specific skills: those specialties where employers need to compete for workers or find specialists with narrow qualifications are becoming more valuable. The market is already recording a situation where salaries are rising, but candidates are lacking.
