Over 32 thousand corruption cases in 11 years: what violations prevail

Більше 32 тисячі справ про корупцію за 11 років: які порушення є найбільш поширеними.

Over 32 thousand individuals have been held accountable for corruption in 11 years. This information is contained in the report on the results of the analysis of judicial practice regarding accountability for administrative offenses related to corruption for the period from 2014 to 2024.



The study was the first in Ukraine and covers data over a ten-year period. The results indicate that about 72% of all cases concerned violations in the financial sector, with the most common violation being the late submission of declarations without valid reasons. Another 25% of cases involved conflicts of interest. The smallest number of cases related to the failure to take measures to combat corruption.



Over 32 thousand individuals have been held accountable for corruption in 11 years. The analysis results highlight problematic issues in the fight against corruption in Ukraine that require further improvements.
