NAZK identified violations of anti-corruption legislation
The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAZK) identified violations of anti-corruption legislation during monitoring in November 2025. As a result, prescriptions and justified conclusions were sent to the authorized bodies for further consideration.
In particular, NAZK prepared and submitted to law enforcement 10 conclusions about the identified signs of corruption violations among officials of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety, the Ministry of Justice and other state institutions.
The police initiated a pre-trial investigation under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in connection with the violations committed by officials. NAZK also intervened in the situation with the heads of certain state institutions, initiating investigations and forwarding materials to the National Police.
Such actions were a response to violations of the requirements of anti-corruption legislation and demonstrate NAZK's serious approach to preventing corruption in state structures.
