Mortgages Granted Through the YeOselya Initiative
In the past week, 159 new mortgage loans amounting to 342 million UAH were granted to Ukrainians through the YeOselya program. Since the beginning of 2026, a total of 6,426 participants have benefited from this initiative, securing preferential mortgages worth 12.8 billion UAH. The highest volume of loans was recorded in Kyiv, Kyiv region, and Lviv region.
Loan Distribution Among Key Groups
The 3% interest mortgage recipients include:
- 46 veterans,
- 33 military personnel and security sector workers,
- 9 healthcare professionals,
- 7 educators,
- 1 scientist.
Additionally, 45 Ukrainians without their own housing obtained loans at 7%, alongside 18 internally displaced persons. The YeOselya program is part of the broader Made in Ukraine policy framework.
YeOselya continues to play a crucial role in helping Ukrainians acquire housing amid ongoing economic challenges. The rising number of mortgages reflects growing demand for affordable financing options, which can significantly improve living conditions for many citizens. Most loans have been concentrated in regions with strong housing demand, indicating a potential rebound in the real estate market in these areas.
