Deadly Fires Reported in Ukraine's Vinnytsia Region
A 32-year-old man has died in a house fire in the village of Sloboda-Dashkovetska, Vinnytsia region. The blaze was caused by a short circuit in a portable fan heater, which ignited a mattress. By the time neighbors discovered the man, the fire had already burned out.
This incident is not isolated. In the city of Vinnytsia, another short circuit caused a fire, this time involving an electric blanket in the bed of an 83-year-old woman, which set her room ablaze. Relatives carried the woman to safety, preventing a tragedy.

In a separate incident in the village of Kordyshivka, Koziatyn community, an elderly couple perished in a fire. Meanwhile, in the Kyiv region, specifically in the village of Trylisy, Fastiv district, a 72-year-old man died in a fire on his property. That fire was caused by the burning of plant debris.
Furthermore, in the village of Obukhivychi, Ivankiv community, a fire ignited by burning dry grass destroyed property and scorched 0.5 hectares of land.
