Fedor Moskalenko was born on November 30, 1976, in Kherson. He graduated from Kherson School No. 5 and then received an education at the Kherson Marine Engineering College. After his studies, he served for 26 years in the State Institution 'Kherson Pre-Trial Detention Center' as a junior inspector of the operational investigation department. In 2022, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine and served in the 22nd Separate Mechanized Brigade, continuing his service in defense of his homeland.
