On March 18, 2023, during the execution of a combat mission, special forces officer of the police Ruslan Hram was killed. He served in the special police patrol service regiment "Kyiv" and participated in combat operations in eastern Ukraine under the call sign "Gryphon." At the time of his death, Ruslan was 34 years old, having been born in 1989.

Ruslan Hram began his military career in 2008, having completed his mandatory service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since 2016, he actively participated in the anti-terrorist operation and the Joint Forces Operation, demonstrating courage and bravery in combat conditions. Unfortunately, his life was cut short by a sniper's shot. Ruslan's death was a loss not only for his family but also for the entire community that values the service and self-sacrifice of Ukraine's defenders.
