A fire erupted in a hotel room on the third floor of a building located on Khreshchatyk Street in Kyiv. Emergency services successfully evacuated 57 individuals from the premises, including one child. Khreshchatyk is Kyiv's main boulevard and a central hub for both business and tourism.

Seventy firefighters with eleven pieces of equipment from the State Emergency Service responded to the scene and managed to fully extinguish the blaze.
