Foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine around the world are lowering state flags and opening books of mourning as a sign of honoring the memory of all who died as a result of the Russian strike on Ternopil on November 19.
It is noted that the rocket strike claimed the lives of at least 26 people, including three children. More than 90 civilians were injured, among them 18 children. Rescuers continue the search and rescue operation to assist those affected.
