Ukraine’s Weather Outlook for April 24

Windy conditions are also notable: a northwesterly wind of 7-12 m/s is expected, with gusts reaching 15-20 m/s during the day in the Carpathian foothills, eastern regions, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and Zaporizhzhia Oblast. As the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center notes,
“A new portion of cold air will spread from northern Europe into Ukraine. Therefore, frost on the ground surface is expected overnight.”
