The situation with electricity supply in Ukraine
In Zaporizhzhia, boilers are operating in normal mode after the reconnection to the electricity network was completed. They are supplied with electricity, allowing for the continued delivery of heat to residents' homes. Despite this, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions continue to experience electricity supply issues due to a massive drone attack carried out by Russian terrorists on the energy infrastructure of several regions of Ukraine.
The majority of consumers in the mentioned regions remain without electricity, complicating the situation for the population. Damage assessments and recovery efforts will begin after the security situation improves.
“The heat supply to homes continues,” - said the mayor Ivan Fedorov.Emphasizing the importance of the stable operation of boilers during this difficult period.
Priorities of local authorities
The situation in the regions of Ukraine affected by attacks on energy infrastructure remains critical. Restoring electricity supply and providing residents with heat is a priority for local authorities. Continuing the operation of boilers in Zaporizhzhia is an important step in supporting the livelihood of the population; however, large-scale electricity problems in neighboring areas require urgent resolution and coordination from state agencies.
