The Dnipro District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv has announced suspicion against a private notary and an illegal owner of a land plot who obtained ownership based on a canceled decision of the Kyiv City Council. The notary registered the ownership of the land plot belonging to the objects of the nature reserve fund without verifying the documents.
It is reported that the decision of the Kyiv City Council from 2009, on which the registration of ownership was based, was canceled back in 2011. These actions led to the illegal alienation of the land plot that is part of the National Nature Park 'Holosiivskyi' from the Kyiv community.
A private notary has been notified of suspicion for improper performance of official duties, and the woman who received the land plot has been notified of suspicion for fraud.
The estimated value of the mentioned plot is 8 million hryvnias. The case is being handled by the press service of the Kyiv city prosecutor's office.
A scheme of illegal alienation of a land plot belonging to the nature reserve fund has been uncovered in the Kyiv district. The actions of the notary and the unlawful actions of the landowner led to serious violations of legislation and damage to national interests. This is an example of how important it is to comply with laws when handling land issues, especially in significant ecological zones.
