One of the highest salaries is offered to truck drivers of category C in Kyiv. Car Logistik offers a range of 45–80 thousand UAH. The job involves transporting beverages in vehicles with a carrying capacity of 5–8 tons within Kyiv and the region. Accommodation and relocation are possible for candidates from other cities.
An assembler of aluminum and plastic constructions in the capital is offered 50–80 thousand UAH. The worker will deal with windows, doors, partitions, and facades. The company is ready to train candidates for free, so relevant experience is not mandatory.
Welders in Brovary and Sofiivska Borshchahivka are also offered 50–80 thousand UAH. In the latter case, the salary depends on experience and work speed, and the employer is willing to cover training costs.
The high salaries for these specialists are explained by a shortage of personnel. In 2026, 71% of industrial enterprises report a lack of qualified workers. Because of this, employers are raising salaries, and metal construction assemblers are already being offered an average of around 50 thousand UAH.
Bricklayers and facade workers in Lviv can earn 60–80 thousand UAH. The job involves wall laying, insulation, and facade finishing. Experience of at least one year is required, but higher education is not necessary. The employer also provides free accommodation.
Where workers without experience are willing to be trained
A CNC milling machine operator in Kyiv is offered 45–70 thousand UAH. The company is willing to train directly on the production site, and the training is paid from the first day.
A front loader operator in the capital can earn 45–70 thousand UAH. In this case, experience in operating special equipment is required. The working day can last from 8 to 11 hours, and the salary consists of an hourly rate and additional payments.
At the same time, the upper limit in announcements should not be perceived as guaranteed monthly income. For builders, drivers, assemblers, and welders, the final amount often depends on productivity, number of trips, experience, workload, and complexity of work.
This trend is particularly noticeable in large cities. In Kyiv, welders and CNC machine operators in certain vacancies are offered up to 120 thousand UAH. Employers are increasingly willing to train candidates without a relevant education if they have basic practical skills.
It is worth noting that earlier Inkorr reported that builders are being paid over 70 thousand UAH, and facade workers, plasterers, and tilers receive the highest salaries among mass specialties.
