In August, the average salary of employees of central judicial authorities amounted to 56,580 UAH, but the difference between institutions was almost twofold. The highest figure was recorded in the Supreme Court of Intellectual Property, where only one employee received a salary. By comparison, last year in the judiciary, the highest payments also fell to individual institutions. This is reported by Judicial and Legal Newspaper referring to data from the Ministry of Finance.
Salaries in judicial authorities in August 2026
The highest average salary among judicial institutions was recorded in the Supreme Court of Intellectual Property — 102,700 UAH. The following institutions had the highest salary levels:
- Higher Qualification Commission of Judges — 72,330 UAH;
- High Anti-Corruption Court — 63,580 UAH;
- High Council of Justice — 63,270 UAH;
- State Judicial Administration — 54,790 UAH;
- Supreme Court — 54,060 UAH;
- Constitutional Court — 53,490 UAH;
- Judicial Protection Service — 52,260 UAH;
- National School of Judges — 39,220 UAH.
The figure for the Supreme Court of Intellectual Property does not reflect the salaries of a large collective: in August, a salary was paid to only one employee. Therefore, it is worth comparing this figure with institutions where hundreds of people work with caution. Separately, the Ministry of Finance published data on judicial remuneration in July, which is a different indicator.
The highest salaries in the judicial system went to the leadership
If we compare not institutions but categories of positions, the average salary of the leadership in August was 137,120 UAH. The salaries of disciplinary inspectors amounted to 86,850 UAH, heads of structural units at the managerial level — 86,740 UAH, and employees of the patronage service — 73,620 UAH.
Professional level specialists earned an average of 50,420 UAH, specialists without a grade — 23,760 UAH, and workers — 17,760 UAH. Thus, the gap between management and workers exceeded 119,000 UAH per month.
Average salary of the judiciary from January to August 2026
In the first eight months of the year, the average salary of judicial authority employees was 60,760 UAH. The highest average salary during this period was received by the leadership — 156,070 UAH per month.
The indicated sums include official salaries, bonuses, guarantee and compensation payments, as well as recalculations for previous periods. The published figures relate to payments to employees of judicial authorities, not only judges.
