In October 2026, the average salary in job vacancies in Ukraine is UAH 30,200, however, for some specialists, employers offer from UAH 45,000 to UAH 47,500. Who is offered a salary of UAH 45,000 in October 2026
Over the past year, employers have increased offers for several professions. According to Work.ua, in October the average salary for a SEO specialist reached UAH 45,000. This is 29% more than a year ago when the figure was UAH 35,000.
The same amount is offered to design engineers. Their average salary has increased by 20% over the year, from UAH 37,500 to UAH 45,000.
The average earnings of lawyers have also reached UAH 45,000. Compared to October 2025, it has increased by 29%. Earlier, Inkorr analyzed the highest salaries in Ukraine.
Which specialists can earn up to UAH 47,500
In October, average salary offers for some professions exceeded UAH 45,000. Data from Work.ua looks like this:
- 1C Analysts – UAH 45,000, growth over the year by 50%.
- Electronics specialists – UAH 45,000, growth by 20%.
- Dermatologists – UAH 47,500, growth by 12%.
- Tire fitters – UAH 47,500, growth by 36%.
- Measurements specialists – UAH 47,500, growth by 19%.
- Assemblers – UAH 47,500, growth by 36%.
The largest annual increase was for 1C Analysts – by 50%. Salaries for tire fitters and assemblers grew by 36%. Against this backdrop, employers continue to compete for specialists who are difficult to find.
