In the coming days, the former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine will be held in custody with the alternative of posting a bail of 51 million 600 thousand UAH. This decisive measure concerns the suspect in illegal enrichment, supported by NABU detectives and SAP prosecutors. This decision was made by the investigating judge of VAKS on November 18, 2025.
- The suspect is obliged to appear at the request of law enforcement officials and the court;
- Not to leave the Kyiv region without permission;
- To notify about a change of residence;
- To refrain from communication with certain individuals;
- To surrender the passport for foreign travel for safekeeping;
- To wear an electronic monitoring device.
According to the Constitution of Ukraine, the suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court.
