The 'Reserve+' app will be offline on February 20 due to scheduled technical work on the 'Oberih' registry. Between 00:00 and 03:00, users will be unable to access services or update their Reserve ID. The maintenance is planned to conclude by 03:00, after which full app functionality will be restored. Upcoming Features and Official Guidance
A new feature will soon be added to 'Reserve+' allowing parents with children from multiple marriages to apply for a deferment, regardless of their current marital status. Previously, the app offered an online deferment option for single parents raising a child if the other parent was deceased or had lost parental rights.
- Users retain the right to appeal fines issued by Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs) in court if they believe the penalties are unjustified.
- The Ministry of Defense recommends users proactively download a PDF copy of their electronic military registration document for offline access.
To do this, users should tap the plus sign on the app's main screen and select the 'Download PDF' option.
