Ilona Gavronska Participates in Fastiv Forum

On January 22, Ilona Gavronska, the Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity for European Integration, took part in the Fastiv Forum on Unity and Security Solutions. During her working visit to Fastiv, she also attended ceremonies marking Ukraine's Unity Day, held near the Museum-Carriage commemorating the unification of the Ukrainian People's Republic and the West Ukrainian People's Republic.

Unity as a Cornerstone of National Security

Ilona Gavronska emphasized that Ukrainian unity is a matter of national security.

“Social cohesion is the foundation of our resilience. The trust between people and the state provides the potential for victory,” stated Ilona Gavronska.
She noted that maintaining strong connections between Ukrainians abroad and those at home will be vital for the nation's recovery and future economic growth. These remarks come at a time when fostering internal solidarity is widely seen as crucial for Ukraine's defense and reconstruction efforts.

These events played a significant role in promoting unity and social cohesion within Ukraine, which Gavronska described as critically necessary under current circumstances.

The observance of Unity Day and participation in the forum underscore the Ukrainian government's efforts to strengthen national identity and social bonds in the face of external challenges. Gavronska's statements highlight the government's focus on unity as essential for ensuring the country's stability and development, a priority that remains acutely relevant given the ongoing situation in Ukraine.
