Deputy Minister Serhiy Derkach visited Dnipro and the region. During the visit, he took part in meetings with local leadership and visited the municipal enterprise 'Dnipro Electric Transport'.
The main issues discussed included improving transport connectivity, updating the transport fleet, and supporting those evacuated from frontline territories. Attention was also given to launching new transport routes in the region.
During the visit, the Deputy Minister also visited transit centers that provide support to people evacuating from combat zones. These centers offer various assistance - from hygiene products and medical aid to consultations on further accommodation and employment.
A wide support network is being deployed in the region for those who have found themselves in difficult situations due to military actions, and cooperation between government bodies and the local community is developing to ensure the safety and comfort of people in these conditions.
